We need your cookies and baked goods, as well as your help with set up on days of event. Sign up here for all things cookies! Pick as many spots as you’re able.
Setting up The Auditorium: Nov. 30–Dec.4
Setup week runs from Nov. 30–Dec. 4. Come help the committee transform the auditorium into a winter wonderland of trees!

Sunday & Monday, Dec. 7 & 8 Wrap Up 2025
Sunday Dec. 7 is a day for church members and perhaps a few from community to make final bids. Also a day to call winners and help with packing and loading trees. Monday Dec. 8 is an extra day for those unable to pick up on Sunday.
