October 2026 Reach Out: Mental Health Connecticut

October is Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental Health Connecticut (MHC) partners with individuals, families, and communities to create environments that support long-term health and wellness, ensuring that all individuals have access to the support they need.

Mental Health Connecticut provides a range of services aimed at supporting individuals and families in their mental health and wellness journeys. MHC provides Housing Support to ensure access to safe living conditions, Recovery Programs focused on personal growth and wellness, and brings mental health assistance directly to individuals in their home through the Mental Health Concierge Program.

Mental Health Connecticut also offers Workshops and Trainings to promote mental health awareness, Community Partnerships collaborating with local organizations to enhance the delivery of services and support networks, and Crisis Intervention for immediate support of individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Mental Health Connecticut helps individuals obtain a safe home, activate whole health living, find fulfillment and purpose, and become actively engaged in the community.
