Donate Altar Flowers for a Loved One

Donating altar flowers is a meaningful way to honor loved ones and is part of our Inreach ministry.  Each week the altar flowers are broken down into smaller arrangements and delivered to members of the congregation.  We have many weeks available in the new year.  If you would like to donate and view available dates, please use this ONLINE FORM, or you may reach out to Bethany in the church office at 860-233-9605 or office.manager@whfirstchurch.org. All donors will be acknowledged in our weekly Happenings newsletter and Sunday Notes.

 

Please note, the price of arrangements range from $100 to 140 (subject to change).

Light the Steeple

Link is available for anyone to sponsor the steeple lighting for a week in honor of, or in memory of a loved one for just $25 per week. Please pick your date at least one week in advance of desired week. All donors will be acknowledged in our weekly Happenings newsletter and Sunday Notes.

Organ & Carillon Fund

Our music is a big part of what we offer here at First Church. From choirs to concerts, and organ, hand bells and carillon; they all need your support. Please designate a donation to “Music & Fine Arts” or “Organ & Carillon Fund” HERE
