West Hartford Festival of Trees
Join us for a festive community event to benefit local charities —
just in time for the holidays!
10th Annual West Hartford Festival of Trees
Thursday, December 4 | 5:00–8:00 p.m. (during Holiday Stroll)
Saturday, December 6 | 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
We invite businesses, organizations, families, and individuals to participate by donating a decorated artificial tree and/or gift cards:
• Trees can reflect your business, favorite cause, or personal style
• All trees will be displayed in our accessible auditorium
• Tree donors receive a tax receipt (First Church is a 501(c)(3))
• Gift cards will be bundled into one of two “Gift Card Presents”
• Gift card donation pickup available upon request
All proceeds support First Church outreach and our community partners: The Bridge Family Center • Hands on Hartford • Covenant to Care for Children • Interval House • Foodshare • Loaves and Fishes • Chrysalis Center/Freshplace • My Sister’s Place • Habitat for Humanity • South Park Inn • House of Bread • The Village
Important Dates:
• Tree reservation/Gift Card donation deadline: Sunday, November 23
• Tree drop-off and setup: Sunday, November 30, 12:00–2:30 p.m.
(Contact us if you need alternative arrangements.)
One tree per form please.

We also need more volunteers to help with the planning, setup, and hosting during the event.
