Gracious God, we thank you for all that First Church has meant to its jubilee members and how their lives have been touched by its mission and ministries for fifty (or more) years. We pray that you will continue to the bless the ties that bind our hearts in Christian love – the hearts of jubilee members and newer members alike. Help us to preserve the best of our past and to be open to various kinds of vision as together we go forward in faith.

Do Good Friday Community Event where everyone is welcome! Good Friday is an ideal time to engage in acts of service and charity. This year, the Outreach Team invited anyone to do just that at our “Do Good” Friday community compassion event.

We gathered on the Sunday before Shrove Tuesday to kick off Lent with a meal of pancakes, sausage, fellowship and Mardi Gras beads! The kids had so much fun that we didn’t get photos of them! Shout out to the Inreach Team and Faith Formation for a great event.
